In addition, when you use any of our services, you will be subject to the rules, guidelines, policies, terms, and conditions applicable to such service, and they are incorporated into this Agreement by this reference. In these terms of sale, “we” means GENi Hair (a trading style of Reverse Life Ltd) (and “us” and “our” will be construed accordingly); and “you” means our customer or potential customer for products (and “your” will be construed accordingly).
3.Order Process
The advertising of products on our website constitutes an “invitation to treat”; and your order for products constitutes a contractual offer. No contract will come into force between you and us unless and until we accept your order in accordance with the procedure detailed below.
In order to enter into a contract to purchase products from us, you will need to take the following steps:
(i) you must add the products you wish to purchase to your shopping basket, and then proceed to the checkout;
(ii) if you are a new customer, you may then create an account with us and log in; if you are an existing customer, you must enter your login details; you may also complete your transaction using guest login;

5.Results
Like all acidic active treatments, the product may have some limitations due to misuse or omitting a step of the “how to use” protocol:
- After washing with shampoo twice, you must make sure that the GENi Smoother product has been completely removed. If the washing has not been done correctly, the hair may have porosity or dryness, a characteristic odour of acidity when the hair is wet and smoke at the time of drying.
- It is important to remember that we guarantee the effectiveness of the product on the hair only to reduce frizz and volume and do not consider a 100% straightening effect.
- If the use of hair straighteners is desired, proceed according to the indicated heat table in relation to the temperature.
- During the GENi Smoother tests, 7 different types of step-by-step guides were carried out, and we concluded that this was the most suitable for the use of the product.
- We do not guarantee the effectiveness of the process if the step by step is modified.
6.Price and Payment
Prices for products are quoted on our website. We will verify prices as part of our sale procedures so that a product's correct price will be stated when you pay for the product.
In addition to the price of the products, you will have to pay a delivery charge, which will be as stated when you pay for the product.
Payment must be made upon the submission of your order. We may withhold the products and/or cancel the contract between us if the price is not received from you in full in cleared funds.
The prices on the website include all value added taxes (where applicable).
Payment for all products must be made by PayPal, Stripe OR any method detailed on the website from time to time.
Prices for products are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect contracts that have come into force.
7.Your Warranties
You warrant to us that:
(a) you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts, and you have full authority, power and capacity to agree to these terms of sale;
(b) the information provided in your order is accurate and complete; and
(c) you will be able to accept delivery of the products;
8.Delivery Policy
We will arrange for the products to be delivered to the address for delivery indicated in your order.
We will use reasonable endeavours to deliver products on or before the date for delivery set out in our order confirmation or, if no date is set out in our order confirmation, within 5 days of the date of our dispatch confirmation. However, we cannot guarantee delivery by the relevant date.
Where we send your order by a tracked next working day service, tracking will be available via your email address. Ensure your email address is entered correctly.
Please note that if delivery is unsuccessful and your order is returned to us, we may be charged a £5 administration fee to cover any costs incurred to us as a company; this will be deducted from your refund.
9.Risk and Ownership
The products will be at your risk from the time of delivery. Ownership of the products will only pass to you on delivery.
10.“Cooling off” Period
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you may cancel your contract to purchase products from us at any time within 7 working days after the day you received the relevant products or products (subject to the limitations set out below).
In order to cancel a contract in this way, you must give to us written notice of cancellation via email to info@genihair.com
If you cancel a contract on this basis, you must promptly return the products to us in the same condition you received them.
If you cancel a contract on this basis, you will be refunded in full (including the cost of sending the products to you). However, you will be responsible for paying the cost of returning the product to us.
If you cancel a contract on this basis and you do not return the products to us, we may recover the products and charge you for the costs we incur.
11.Statutory Rights
Nothing in these terms of sale affects your statutory rights (including your right to receive a refund in respect of any defective product we sell to you).
12. Returns and Refunds
Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase; if for any reason you are not, you can return your items within 14 days of the date you received your order.
Please package your unopened bottles in the original box and enclose a copy of your invoice.
Please contact us by email to Info@genihair.com and advise us of the reason for your return and we will arrange collection.
Due to the perishable nature of our product, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on used or opened boxes of product.
Refunds
We will offer a refund or exchange on your order. If you require a refund, we will refund the purchase price of your order excluding the original delivery charge.
We will also deduct an administration charge from your refund; please contact customer services for the exact amount (This is determined by the cost of shipping to your geographical location).
Due to the perishable nature of our product, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on used or opened boxes of product.
If you believe the goods to be faulty we will issue you a full refund upon inspection of the goods and confirmation that there is a fault; you will not be charged an administration fee in this case.
13.Limitations and Exclusions of Liability

(a) limit or exclude the liability of a party for death or personal injury resulting from negligence;
